The Schuler 250 is a stamping press made entirely of cast iron, manufactured by Schuler in 1970.
Since it is made of cast iron, it is a very robust and stable machine (even without a compensation system).
The machine was completely overhauled in 1998 by Ormut (a company based near Milan specializing in this type of work) and System for the electrical part.
The control cabinet is equipped with an S5 Siemens.
The press is not CE marked. The original operating and maintenance manual is available, but has not been adapted to the 1998 overhaul (hydraulic drawing, main mechanics drawing and electrical drawing are available).
The press is equipped with a Paco 8000 with 2 old drives and motors for die rotation, but it also has an electric feed from Sys (the feed is 4-5 years old and a very good machine in very good condition).
