Sorma ACF 115 tray filler + Sorma DP4 115X denester
The specifications of the filler are as follows:
- For trays from 500g to 1kg
- Can also do packages of 250 - 400 gram with some adjustments*
- Electric frame for automatic operation
- With double filling funnels model TF2-127 for filling two trays simultaneously
- Output from 35 to 50 trays/min.
- Installation: 1.5KWAir consumption: 120 Nl/min. at 6 bar
Suitable for many types of fruits and vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, citrus fruits, onions, garlic, and stone fruits. Previously used by the former owner for plums.
Sorma DP4 115X de-nester

The DP4-115 punnet de-nester can be integrated into an automated production line or operate independently as a standalone unit. The de-nester has 4 pre-stacked punnet chutes of which 2 are active and 2 are in stand-by mode at any time and it de-nests 2 punnets simultaneously using 2 suction cups for each punnet.
The de-nester is pre-set for one punnet size at a time but can be reset for different sizes.

* If necessary, we can adjust this for you. To make suitable for 250 - 400 gram trays. This does involve some additional costs.
What needs to be done for this is the following:
- Funnel narrowing
- Add compressed air blow nozzle, to keep smaller tray in place
- Make side guide higher
