Very special Lotus Super Seven from 1960, a pure driver's car with a lightweight character and iconic appearance. This example is offered with original letter and is in an exceptionally original condition, which makes it interesting for both collectors and lovers of classic British sports cars.
The car is equipped with a 1.6 litre Cosworth Kent engine in combination with Weber double carburettors. This configuration is known for its direct throttle response and mechanical driving experience that fits perfectly with the minimalist character of the Super Seven. In addition, the vehicle has a buckled rear axle and Smoor rims, which contributes to the sporty appearance and driving characteristics.
Technically, the car has recently been addressed. The brakes have been renewed and a recent service has been carried out. The bodywork has been ice blasted and professionally sealed, undocumented and largely preserved in original condition. A rare detail for a car of this age.
The Lotus has a valid TÜV until June 2027 and can therefore be used immediately for driving pleasure, events or collection. Comes with German papers
